There are various ways to keep track of things. We'll cover paper and computer including some basics for setting up a word processing or spreadsheet file. Learn and share tips on these and other methods.

What We Learned Last Year and Want to Learn This Year
Let's discuss and share what we learned last year with regards to our genealogy or history and what we want to learn this year -- our goals.

Annual Summer Potluck and Silent Auction of Genealogy Materials
(A joint-meeting of the MCGG Friday and Wednesday Let's Talk...Genealogy groups.) Bidding on auction materials begins at 5 p.m. and dinner begins at 6 p.m. Bring a dish to share and join the fun!

We'll review the various tests; testing companies and their features; and review some third-party companies. If you've already tested, share your experience -- what have you learned so far? If you are considering testing or have tested, bring your questions.
