MCGG Announces Thomas MacEntee will Present "The 1950 Census -- Are You Ready?" at our January 13, 2021, Meeting

The MCGG Board of Directors are excited to announce that Thomas MacEntee will be the speaker at our MCGG and Let's Talk...Genealogy groups combined virtual meeting Wednesday, January 13, 2021, at 7 p.m. using Zoom Meeting. The topic of the meeting is  ... The 1950 Census – Are You Ready? 

Thomas MacEntee, of High-Definition Genealogy, is a nationally-recognized genealogy professional and speaker. Many genealogists remember the amount of excitement in April 2012 around the release of the 1940 US Census. Following the “72 Year Rule” for records at the National Archives, the results of the 1950 US Census will be made public on Friday, April 1, 2022. It’s never too early to prepare for this valuable data related to US genealogy research!
