Elevator Donation Matching Event has Just Two Days Left ... Today & Tomorrow

Ladies and Gentleman -- Anyone who is reading this blog,

Have you been thinking about it?
How about just do it?
And do it now!

There are just two days left to have whatever amount you are able to donate matched aka doubled for the Mount Clemens Public Library's Elevator Fundraising campaign.

For this week only, an area businessman will match donations raised dollar for dollar, up to $10,000. So if everyone pitches in and raises $10,000 in the allotted time frame the library will end up with $20,000. As of Wednesday morning, just under $3,000 had been raised. THAT MEANS there is still $7,000 to raise that could still be doubled this week.

See Monday's Macomb Daily newspaper article on page 2. The Matching Donation clock started Monday morning, August 15, at 9 a.m., and stops at 5 p.m., Friday, August 19.

Donations can be dropped off at the library, 150 Cass Ave., Mount Clemens, this week between Monday and Friday. Make checks payable to the Mount Clemens Public Library.

Whatever you (as a person or as a business) can donate ... $1, $5, $20, $50, or more ... gets added with the donations of others and then matched by the anonymous businessman. That's a community working together to solve a problem.

See you soon at Mt. Clemens Public Library!
