MCHC: A Trip Down Memory Lane Road Rally

The Mount Clemens Historical Commission presents A Trip Down Memory Lane Road Rally on Saturday, August 5 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Join us for a trip down memory lane! Starting from The Crocker House, follow the route through the decades. At each location scan the QR Code on the sign for the next location and answer to the question. We will reveal the correct answers at the finish line! There is a $20 entry free per team. The fun begins at the Crocker House Museum.

MCPL Historic Non-Fiction Book Club -- August:  The Radium Girls by Kate Moore

Join the Local History & Genealogy Department of Mount Clemens Public Library for August's Historic Non-Fiction Book Club! This compelling narrative unravels the extraordinary lives of the fearless women who fought against all odds for justice.

EE Meyers: America's Greatest Capitol Architect 

The Mount Clemens Historical Commission invites you to come enjoy a zoom chat with Michigan State Capitol historian and curator, Valerie Marvin! She will be joining us to give a fun and informative talk on the architect responsible for our Capitol building, EE Myers, and his impact on multiple major US cities. This program will be virtual AND in-person in our new Local History room!
