Just a late reminder that today is Cyber Monday.
If you have been putting off joining an organization because of costs, today is the day to check those organization out again. Many may be holding Cyber Monday Sales on their memberships. For example:

The New York Genealogical and Biographical Society is having a sale on a variety of things. See the 2024 NYG&B Holiday Gifts page. The includes a Gift Membership of an Individual Annual Membership that is currently $10 off making it $79 rather than $89. This membership must be gifted to an individual and cannot be used by the purchaser or for renewal of membership.
Looking for a new membership for yourself? Today's NYG&B eNews highlighted not only the gift membership option but also the coupon code MEMBER10 to get $10 off new membership for yourself. Generally, this can't be used for renewal of a current membership.
So take a look at those other organizations out there and see what they are offering.
