MCGG Friday Meetings Start 2025 Tomorrow

MCGG Friday group meets in-person (hybrid) tomorrow Friday, January 10, 2026, at 1 p.m.
in the Boardroom of the Mount Clemens Public Library. Our topic is ... Setting Goals and Plans: A Working Roundtable.

This roundtable will be a little different. It is a working session for everyone to sit down and craft some goals or maybe a grander plan for your genealogy in 2025. Maybe get some opinions and ideas from other members too. A little prep work will be helpful especially if your genealogy is not accessible on a laptop or online. Regardless, everyone can get something out of this session.

Please note the room change. For this meeting we have moved to the library's boardroom which is located across from the elevator and directly across from the Local History & Genealogy Room.

 

Our plan is that our meetings will be hybrid meaning the meeting will be in-person with a virtual Zoom option. The Zoom meeting link (or registration link) will now be found on our Southeast Michigan Genealogy Events Calendar (use the link at the top of this page then on the calendar page, click on the meeting then scroll down to see the link) and our Facebook page. The link will usually be added the night before or morning of the meeting. Members will receive a reminder email with the Zoom invite or a reminder that registration is required for a meeting.
