Share something you found/have with a family member, it is Do Something Nice Day. Or research the Elizabeth or Betty members in your family tree, it is National Apple Betty Day.

Write down some of your memories for posterity, it is National Storytelling Day.
or
Research the school teachers in your family, it is World Teachers Day.
We plan to have suggestions for each day of this month. Most will be smaller ideas to focus on for a day, some might be a little larger. We will try to have at least a couple suggestions so if one does not fit with your family history, hopefully the other will work.
October is Family History Month!
