Research your Polish ancestors, it is National Pierogi/Pirogi Day.
or
Research your fisherman ancestors no matter what it was they fished (even eel), it is National Salmon Day.
or
Research your newspaper working ancestors but if you do not have any then do research in digitized newspapers, it is National Newspaper Carrier Day.
We plan to have suggestions for each day of this month. Most will be smaller ideas to focus on for a day, some might be a little larger. We will try to have at least a couple suggestions so if one does not fit with your family history, hopefully the other will work.
October is Family History Month!
