MCPL Resource Update: Two Newly Published Books for Genealogy Circulation

New book at MCPL

Three recently published books related to genealogy have joined the circulation collection at Mount Clemens Public Library.

Two of the books have been added to the Genealogy Circulation section of the Mount Clemens Public Library's Local History and Genealogy Room. Added late last year was Trace Your German Roots Online: A Complete Guide to German Genealogy Websites by James M. Beidler and just today The Family Tree Guide to DNA Testing and Genetic Genealogy by Blaine T. Bettinger.

The Genealogy Circulation section is located on the top shelves of the bookcase nearest the door to the the Local History and Genealogy Room. If your library card is from a member library of the Suburban Library Cooperative you can check out these books too. (Please note: Bettinger's book will not appear in the online catalog until tomorrow morning, January 6, but it is on the shelf.)

The third book, The Stranger in My Genes: a memoir by Bill Griffeth, was added to MCPL's general circulation collection.  Griffeth is a financial journalist on television whose hobby is genealogy.
