31 Days of Genealogy Inspiration
October 26, 2024For
those ancestral families that you can, record what their first
"horseless carriage" was or what was the first "horseless carriage" they
road in, it is Horseless Carriage Day.
or
Work on the younger family members of your tree noting who is serving and in which service, it is National Day of the Deployed.
or
Pick a stubborn or brick wall ancestor and research him/her today, it is National Mule Day. Good Luck!
It is also: National Pumpkin Day, Austrian National Day, Hug a Sheep Day, National Tennessee Day, and Worldwide Howl at the Moon Night.
We plan to have suggestions for each day of this month. Most will be smaller ideas to focus on for a day, some might be a little larger. We will try to have at least a couple suggestions so if one does not fit with your family history, hopefully the other will work.
October is Family History Month!
See you at our favorite library!
