Investigate your family tree for anyone involved in Alaska and then research them, it is Alaska Day.

Research those non-farmers in your family tree, it is International Necktie Day.
It is also: International Legging Day, National Chocolate Cupcake Day (have one), Health Care Aide Day, National Mashed Potato Day, and National Prayer Day.
We plan to have suggestions for each day of this month. Most will be smaller ideas to focus on for a day, some might be a little larger. We will try to have at least a couple suggestions so if one does not fit with your family history, hopefully the other will work.
October is Family History Month!
